JGS Store

JGS Store is a platform for premium FiveM resources. I develop client- and server-side logic in Lua and Vue NUI interfaces for chat systems, HUDs and pause menus. I also work directly with game natives and assets to customise elements such as the minimap. Beyond the product itself, I help market it: from how each release is presented to the content that brings it to a wider audience, especially on YouTube.

The starting point

The FiveM ecosystem had room for more cohesive interface resources, with a considered experience from purchase through installation and support.

Build a store and script catalogue—chat, HUDs and pause menus—with a consistent identity, a clear purchasing experience and strong support and documentation.

My role

I founded JGS Store and engineer its product and sales, building it alongside Jaret Cáceres and Alejandro Bolado. I also contribute to commercial strategy, launches and product communication.

The team

What I built

  • Separate client- and server-side Lua logic from the Vue-based NUI interfaces
  • Support QBCore, Qbox and ESX through a configurable compatibility layer
  • A HUD integrated with FiveM natives and a custom minimap built with textures and bespoke components
  • Tebex for payments and automatic script delivery
  • A catalogue and product pages that clearly explain what each resource adds
  • GitBook documentation and support through Discord
  • A launch and content strategy that has given the products meaningful reach on YouTube and other channels
  • Prioritise the chat system: it became the best-selling product and now runs on more than 2,000 servers

Outcome

A live store whose products have found an audience both within and beyond the marketplace. The chat runs on more than 2,000 servers, and launches have reached significant audiences on YouTube.
